Brad Tessler is the Founder and Owner of Tessler Solutions LLC. He has extensive experience in both Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Finance. His expertise includes acquisition integration, divestiture separation, due diligence, deal negotiation, transition services, financial planning & analysis, financial budgeting, financial reporting, financial process improvement, financial modelling, operations reporting, and expense reduction.
Prior to founding Tessler Solutions, Brad was a Managing Director at Citigroup. He successfully led large, cross-functional teams through complex integrations and separations. Brad developed the transition services framework for Citigroup, where he negotiated and executed numerous transition services agreements. Brad was also the Chief Financial Offer for Technology and Operations at Santander Bank. There he elevated the Financial Planning and Analysis function by improving timeliness and accuracy, streamlining processes, and better serving leadership’s decision-making process.
